Social Activism Club
As a high school student, I founded and served as president of the Social Activism Club at Hillsborough High School. The club focused on initiatives that informed my peers and sparked urgent conversations about allyship and unity. Having dealt with racism and bias in my community first-hand, I knew the importance of these outlets, which allowed students to amplify their voices and work towards a more inclusive school environment.
